My son had a kids pizza that was very good and it came with a side (and drink) too. The soy sauce in packets was actually very tasty too as she doused some of that on the otherwise plain rice. Not a lot of (enough) sauce on the chicken but very nice pieces of fried chicken and tasty. So, our two children ate off the (otherwise) reasonable kids menu and my daughter had the sesame chicken and rice. We somewhat joked that was false advertising and she cheerfully volunteered to ask the manager if they could honor the offer and they did. The waitress apologized that was an error on those menus and that it was actually Thursdays. We came in on a Tuesday and the kids menu stated that kids eat free. I had a Thai chicken sandwich which had asian slaw and a Thai peanut sauce which was very very good. I had soup too and they were good but nothing super special. My wife ordered a soup and salad and the salad may have been made from this salad bar but wherever, it was super fresh and she ate every last bite (except the croutons which she never eats). And wow what a beautiful salad bar and deli they have. This takes you on a walk past the deli in the grocery store. We had to use the restroom before we ate and the restaurant shares the restroom with that provided for the public in the grocery store. You likely have never stopped at a cafe which is so nicely kept and maintains such a nice quiet clean ambiance. The grocery store is either quite new or is kept immaculately clean. This is a cafe/diner attached to a grocery store called Hy Vee. We ate at a number of restaurants on a recent four day trip to Quincy and this luncch really stood out.
